Hi scotty, my girlfriend has a 2009 honda accord 2.4L automatic with 87,000 miles. Would it be a bad idea to change the atf fluid at 100k or should i do it now? I know its easy to change, but i just wanted to know if its a bad idea to wait till 100k.

Scotty recommends doing it around 60k. I think it's a good idea to do it if you want it to last.

Change it now: drain and fill with filter change. From this point on, be sure to stay on top of the transmission fluid change intervals to make it last as long as possible.

Change it and make sure you ONLY use the Honda Fluid.
