2009 Honda CRV Serpetine belt jumping grooves

I have a 2009 Honda CRV where I had to recently replace the PS and the idler pulley. Since then, every so often, (twice in the past 4 weeks) I heard a clunking sound from the engine bay. When I open the hood I see that the serpentine belt on the top of the PS has moved over one rib... Everything is tight per specs and inline from what I can see. What could cause a belt to skip a rib randomly? Thanks!

it could be that the belt needs to be replaced or that the pulleys are not aligned i would get some bright light in there and look to see if the belt is tracking incorrectly on any of the other pulleys. If so, re-string the whole thing and try again. If not, pull the belt back off. Then check all the pulleys and their components for shaft play/looseness, bearing sounds, loose mounts, etc.
