I have 09 Crv with 190,000 miles i feel a shutter took it to a transmission shop he told me sometimes changing transmission oil and filter could fix it is there any truth to this ? Do you know if it can be fixed? He told me to keep driving it it probably won't get any worse !! Your thoughts?

Well it could make it better or it could make it worse. If you've never changed the fluid at all, it will probably make it worse. My advice is to get one of these little tubes of lubeguard shutter fix, you can get it on Amazon for like eight bucks. If it helps after about 250 mi of driving. Just realized with that mileage and age it could be internally worn
