found a 2009 honda pilot with 100,820 with 7,888 automatic transmission. Its Ina used car dealer. Brother desperately needs a care and it fits his budget. We know Hondas big cars have transmission issues, but are 2009 and above good? What problems could be encounter?

You mean a replacement transmission only 7,888 miles ago? And a car is on a used car dealer lot? Walk, … it most likely is a transmission from another used Pilot, … and most likely with similar milage as the recipient Pilot. Pilots are notorious for needing replacement transmissions!
Anyway, … if you are still interested in that car, I would have it shaken down throughly by a trusty and independent mechanic before I would considering buying it.
