2009 Impala Ltz idle issue

I have a 2009 impala ltz. I recently cleaned the throttle body and MAF sensor. After doing so the rpm’s stay hung at idle in park after hitting the gas and won’t drop unless i turn engine off. Also when releasing foot off brake in drive or reverse rpm’s instantly rise from 600-800 to 1100-1300 and won’t drop until i come to complete stop and let the rpm’s drop. Does anyone know what the issue could be i already replace the 400$ throttle body and it fixed nothing. I have codes P0122 and P0223

Unfortunately that tends to happen when parts are replaced without diagnosing the problem first. (This is known as the "parts cannon" approach to auto repair. It rarely produces a good result.) Since this started after you worked on the car make sure you have not disturbed any wiring, vacuum lines, etc.
