There is an ES500 for sale near me. 68K, perfect condition, Japan manufactured. It's the stereotypical car that grandma drove to church and back. Carfax is clean.
Dealer wants $9,900. I am trying to get them down even more but don't want to lose out on this deal. Should I pull the trigger on $9,900?

That price is by no means a 'special deal'. KBB reports the retail value of that car with 68K miles to be between $8147 and $9490.. KBB values are typically inflated.Dealer wants $9,900. Ignore what the dealer tells you about this car. Do have your mechanic inspect it before purchasing.
