hooked up the xtool D8 to my 2009 lincoln town car signature limited, ran live data test. I was parked near another car when I ran test, It said to be 2ft from another vehicle, I don't think I was far enough away...anyway the test ran through, it automatically open doors and locks but then the trunk will not close now, the switch in door doesn't work or make any connection sounds, checked fuses under hood and inside car so not sure what could be the problem. There's no power to trunk at all. I cannot close the trunk. HELP PLEASE!!!!
The car has 95k miles
I used the xtool d8 scan tool on my car, I did the live data scan on the car, it open the door locks and trunk now the trunk will not close. I checked the fuses and nothing. I dont hear any noises in the automatic button in the door panel or any connections. Please Help.
