Why does my 2009 Malibu have these codes?

I have a 2009 malibu 3.5 v6 i have p0430 (catalyst system efficiency below threshold bank 2 and p0420 bank 1

Car runs fine no issues i switched oxygen sensors located at the front and back motor and no change what can cause these TWO codes to aprear?? Where are bank 1 and two located?
