Hey Scotty....hope you are having a great time up north and meeting a lot of GREAT people!
I submitted a You-Tube video for review (per Scotty's instructions) and a history of oil changes back on March 30th and hadn't heard back yet.
Any idea whether I should be worried about this engine noise or there if there is something that I should replace (e.g. Timing Chain / Water Pump) if this isn't actual rod knock??

There has never been a history of "low oil" with this engine NOR the low oil warning light coming on.
You should know that all Oil Changes (5W30 oil) were done by Toyota of Seattle.
Oil changes were done at the following mileage points:

I split your reply into a new question, so hopefully you should get new replies. Sorry about your previous thread being drowned out & the video going unnoticed for more than 2 weeks.
I gotta day to me that sounds like rod knock. I could be wrong it is a video and sounds are hard to diagnose recorded. But whatever it is I doubt its a rotating part. Sounds like a rod, or valve to me.
