Car shakes when stopping. 175K miles. Already changed Spark plugs, Head gasket replaced, Timing chain replaced, alternator replaced, water pump replaced, cleaned the Throttle Body, replaced TT gasket, cleaned MAF, new air filter, oil changes at ~4k miles, Any ideas what else could be wrong ? or Is it time to replace the car ?

Is your car misfiring? Scan the vehicle for any codes that may be present. If you're getting misfire codes, then I would junk the car and move on to something else.

No codes when scanned

What about suspicious items in live data?

Not sure about suspicious live data. The mechanic told me that everything was pointing to the head gasket as the root cause. It did help but the rough idle still there but less severe. Myself once I took the accessory belt and started the car and it seemed that the shaking stopped. Based on that, I changed the water pump which was the original 15yo (previously I had changed the alternator when it failed) and I was wondering if the pulley from the AC unit might be the problem ?

Is the AC compressor engaged when the problem occurs?
