2010 cobalt 2.2 automatic. I have oil on the #1 spark plug but not much not coated in it just a dot. The coil does not have oil. Car drives fine but don’t want to blow the engine. Should I get new valve seals and piston rings? What should I do probably to fix the issue?

Start with changing the valve cover gasket, that's most likely cause of an oily plug.
