Hey Scotty, love your videos! I drive a 2010 Civic AT with 160,000 KMs here in Canada. In the morning it shifts very hard from 1st to 2nd and also I noticed when coming to stop shifting down is a bit harsh (I got some neck pain so I am noticing it) researched around the interned and someone was talking about AT Solenoid?
Your thoughts please.

When's the last time you had a drain-and-fill service for the transmission?
I had a drain-and-fill at 140,000 KM thinking that this will solve the issue but it did not.
I bought the car when it had 110,000 KMs and have no history of an earlier transmission service.
