Hi, Scotty my mom has a 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT 92,000 miles automatic with no codes. We cant start it anymore because the key refuses to turn and the dealer quoted us $1,200 to get the WIN replaced with 2 new keys programed to the car. I think this is very unreasonable seeing that there is a recall for it and wont do it under the said recall. Any ideas on what our next step should be.

- Dad just bad enough before Fiat bottom and I'll put you runs them in stalanta and they really probably won't care at all I would never buy one in the first place but check some aftermarket mechanics in your area see if any independent guys can do it a lot cheaper
