Hi Scotty 2010 Dodge Journey SXT 3.5 289,000 mile
Regular oil changes, plugs new timing belt & water pump, getting p0300 randomly I immediately change the plugs and coils ,
P0152 O2 high voltage bank 2 sensor 1
P0403 Catalytic threshold could these be the cause?
Well guys great news , after I did the tune up and changed out my fuel injectors and new 02 sensor was still getting P0300, MY SKIN TOO WOULDN'T TELL ME ACTUALLY WHICH CYLINDER WAS MISFIRING SO I WENT TO A MECHANIC AND HAD THEM HOOK IT UP AND DISCOVERED THAT I WAS GETTING MISFIRES ON TWO FOUR AND SIX AFTER FURTHER INSPECTION ALL I HAD TO DO WAS RETIGHTEN THE COILS AND ISSUE SOLVED WHAT A HEADACHE BUT GREAT NEWS I DIDN'T SPEND A DIME MORE ROOKIE MISTAKE
Please do not use Caps Locks next time. Thank you!
It could be so many things. I would start with the misfire issue. Check the FAQ on this forum for more information.
Check for exhaust leaks or restrictions.
Inspect the O2 sensor connections and wiring, and replace the sensor as necessary.
