Hello Scotty! I just recently purchased a 2010 Ford explorer 4.0l V6 automatic with 83,512 miles and i am having some trouble starting it up today. I got in the truck this morning and when I went to crank it up all I heard was a click from one of the relays. I thought that maybe there might be an issue with the battery but I tested and was reading 12.6v on my jump box. Any ideas on what could be causing the problem? Im just hoping it is not a starter issue.

Voltage isn't everything . Batteries must be load tested. What does the voltage read when you turn the key?
And did it start using your jump box?
