Hi, my sister has a 2010 Honda Odyssey with 190,000 miles. One night on her dashboard, the Check Engine and "VSA" light came on, and now whenever she's driving the red Battery symbol will sometimes pop-up on the dashboard then immediately disappear. What do you think could be causing this?

Possibly the first signs the alternator is starting to fail. I would start by having the battery and alternator load tested. Autozone and other parts stores will do it a a free service. See what they say and go from there.

Besides what @rth3rth3 mentioned, make sure that the cables are tight and the battery connections are clean.
