Hello. I have a 2010 Honda Pilot Automatic with about 164,000 miles. A few months ago a loud ticking noise started to occur every time I started the car, and wouldn’t go away when I drive it either (unless it is revved up at high RPM’s, and it comes back at low RPM’s again). This noise is still around today and I have attached a video clip. Any help is appreciated to diagnose this for the right steps to fix this. Thanks.

Remove the drive belt and check if you still hear it.
