Scotty love the videos! I have an 02 Silverado 4.3 With a rough idle. Truck has stalled on my recently after heavy load. New plugs, cables, cap n rotor. New style injectors, fuel pump n fuel filter.
cylinder 3 has multiple misfires , and occasionally on 4 and others . No current codes . Will ride wel and accelerate but at the light will idle rough and stall. Fue trim is 7 average

has the lower intake gasket been replaced?
I have not , could it be responsible for that with negative fuel trims
