My 2010 mazda 3 wont start the anti theft light is blinking had a second key made still doesn't work, and the power steering blew out on me before the anti theft system went off I cant figure it out.

Was any electronic related work done? You shouldn't need a new key or programming after just a rack replacement.

My bad I didn't explained that very good like before we even hot to get started on fixing the power steering the anti theft went out my mechanic says it probably has communication issues somewhere.
Gotta give all details when posting a question. It could be a number of things from the BCM, ignition switch, etc.
