Hey Guys I am thinking of buying a 2010 Porsche Panamera Turbo under 70K miles. Do you think this will be a fairly reliable car? driving under 5K miles a year. What should I expect to break and how much in repairs per year would this cost.
That would be a fun second car. They are very solid built cars and that V8 in the turbo model is a strong motor. With that few miles per year and only 70K on it right now, I think it should be relatively reliable. Realize it's already 11 years old so there may be some problems that could come up. For example, brakes on those are very expensive to replace and if the air suspension has issues that is also quite expensive - even normal maintenance and wear items on those are pretty expensive. I would recommend budgeting around $2K-3K per year for maintenance and repairs (you always want to over budget on a car like this). If you don't mind this, I think it can be a really awesome car to enjoy.
Thank you AD99!
If it has been taken care of, it can be a good toy car, but not a daily driver.
