Good evening Scotty,
I saw your video on using lacquer to clean out a cat con, would this maybe help with a rattle from the area? It sounds like I have sand or small particulates rattling around, the cat in question is a hard one to look into so I am willing to try anything before dismantling my vehicle.

Your catalytic converter has broken apart inside and needs to be replaced. No chemical treatment (never use lacquer thinner) is going to help.
