Hello Scotty I hope you are enjoying Tennessee. I have a 2010 RAV4 "4WD" with 87k miles.
Long time listener first time caller.
It has thrown the MAF and O2 sensor codes. We have replaced these and it still just idles like crapola. I cleaned the air box, checked 0lugs, check for air leaks on the TB. Good when cold but will quickly drop to 500rpm at a stop so I have to keep some gas on it so it doesn't shudder as bad. This is our only vehicle and current situations with the virus and my wife working at a hospital in Chicago, we need this resolved. Please... help us Obi Wan. You are our only hope.
Thank you in advance. We are so happy that you are loving the cooler temps and actual seasons!
Respectfully.

Did you check your fuel injectors? It seems they are dripping rather than spraying. When the vehicle is cold, you need more fuel to start, but when it is warm, you need less and I think that's why you have issues. when you press the gas pedal, you burn the excess fuel in the engine faster and your engine works better. I might be wrong, but this is what I think.
I would check the fuel pressure as a first step.
