I have a 2010 RAV4 that is making a groaning sound coming from the rear as I first start driving it. It will last for a few seconds as I'm driving slow out of my driveway and then go away. Linked below is a video that shows the noise.

Check the brakes first. They could often be a little bit rusty that rubs the rust off them first thing in the morning, but I'd pull off the wheels and look inside. See how it shape the brakes are and that sounds like a brake noise to me
