Good Day. I have a 2010 Toyota Camry with the 2.5L with the 6 Speed Manual Transmission. I have 206,000 miles on the clock. At Idle my car is shuddering. I go back to the tail pipe and I hear the sound of something like a misfire or a skip. It sounds like it's skipping with a puffing sound. I have Changed the Spark plugs with Denson Iridium Long Life plugs. I just recently bought and change the Ignition Coils for all 4 Cylinders, still the same problem. I clean the throttle body and Mass Air Flow Sensor as well. Help Please!! No change in gas mileage, but when I step on the gas to get going really fast it shudders then goes.

Check compression, then move to fuel pressure. Outside? valve issue,
