Hey Scotty,
Help me understand this. In my 2.5 engine 2010 toyota camry w/ 226k miles. I add like 3.5 qts to 4 quarts of oil to what's left of my oil @ 1.5k-2k miles because it burns oil excessively. But once I've added another 3.5 qts-4 qts the added oil sometimes lasts 3k miles or just slightly longer than when it first burned. Why?

Your rings are shot and the engine is worn out.
