  1. After months of searching I found a 2010 toyota corolla le that has 69000 miles. So I was wondering are there any specific issues that I should be on the look out for? Its from a dealership so I was able to review the maintenance it received.

If it has the 2.4 engine, don't buy it. If it has the 1.8, the only significant problem is the VVTI cam phaser may rattle when starting up from cold when it's below 30F/0Celcius. I have an 09 Matrix (same engine, trans, suspension, etc.) and the only other things I've had to fix in 132k miles is the alternator and the audio input for the stereo. Of course, tires, battery, fluids, wipers have needed replacement. Needed less attention than any of the other 6 Toyotas I've owned.

Now, like ANY car, a careful inspection by a competent mechanic is a must - even if the car is mechanically perfect, there may have been accident damage and repair.

Have a mechanic check it out, they are good cars. Like said above, avoid the 2.4 engine.
