It looks like there is corrosion on the piece of the radiator (the circular part just below the radiator cap)
Would a coolant flush suffice? Or do you recommend something else? Do I need to replace the radiator?

I would just replace the radiator itself at this point. It's 14 years old, assuming it's the original. They're mainly plastic and heat embrittles it. It's only a matter of time before it cracks.
Use vinegar to clean off the corrosion and replace the radiator cap with a new cap.
Make sure you can blow through those small lines at the radiator neck that go to the coolant reservoir (They get clogged up sometimes) ((exhale, don't inhale))
