2010 Toyota Venza Base 208K miles engine timing chain Question

I am in a pickle, 2010 Venza with 208K miles. I am a traveler, and I guess I over looked this from happening.   My car started vibrating and I took it in for diagnostic, they told me the engine mounts.  Fixed and replaced 3 mounts, now the noise is still there, and it's still vibrating very badly, I was driving it and it rattled and turned off.  I was able to park it, and towed it to the Toyota Dealership, another diagnostic, Toyota Master tech stated the camshaft and gears guide caused the timing chain to to rattle.  Is it worth to fix, having over 200K miles.   Not ready to go into a car note, paid off for 10 years. 🙁

With that kind of mileage and that kind of where the whole engine's going to be worn inside, I would not advise rebuilding the engine. I would basically drive it till it dropped. Then you could decide. Do you want to put a new engine in it or just get another car?
