1996 nissan hardbody 2.4
I have the notorious nissan start up rattle, I have changed the chain, tensioner and guides twice over 230,000miles. I have seen these ratcheting tensioners on youtube, would that be a good idea?

Had a casual look at some of his work, he seems knowledgeable, intelligent. But best others here need to chime in as I have no personal experience with the KA24E or these tensioners.
