Hi, I have a 2011 BMW 328xi that ive only owned for a few months. I recently got an alignment since the tires had uneven wear. I had it done by a trusted mechanic that ive been going to for years. Since ive gotten the car back when going highway speeds 70+ the car tends to drift right, its not trying to veer off the road but if you let go of the wheel it does very slightly pull to the right. Its not to do with the slope of the road because it does it in both the left and right lanes. I asked my mechanic and he said that this car is manufactured to drift slightly right to avoid hitting oncoming traffic if the driver falls asleep. I just was wondering if that is correct.
Thanks
Well, those BMWs have very tricky suspension so sometimes obviously something weren't. If it drips like that. I would go to a BMW specialist to see if there's any way they can adjust the alignment to compensate for the wear in your car or to see if a part needs replacing
