2011 Chevrolet Traverse P0601 196000km
2011 Traverse showing code P0601. How do I go about checking proper voltage is going to the ECU?
Code appeared after charging my laptop for about 30 minutes and my phone for hours whilst the car is in the on position and when running. It appeared immediately after I started my car and instantaneously shifting to drive and driving away.
This is the second time it's appeared. The last time it appeared was around 400km ago. I cleared the code and it didn't come back until today. I did the same thing as above when it showed up 400km ago. Thanks for your help.
Get your battery and alternator load tested.
Both say "charging voltage within specification." Battery replaced 2 weeks ago.
The may be charging within range but were they LOAD tested?
