2011 Civic loud cracking noise when reversing

Topic starter

2011 Right Hand Drive Honda Civic 2.0 (K20Z2 engine) automatic transmission with 50.000 miles. Recently the car is making loud popping/cracking noise from the pedal area; either from the accelerator or brake pedal. It made noise when I am putting it in reverse and pushing the gas pedal. It doesn't make that noise when reversing without pushing the gas pedal and no noise when moving forward in D or S.

Once it pops/cracks, it won't do it again until I had a long drive, parked the car for few hours, or the next day.

Recently I had these items replaced/done:

At 36.000 miles (2019):
Front strut shock absorbers and strut mountings

At 40.000 miles (2020):
Rear wheel bearings

At 48.000 miles (2021):
Front brake pads
Tie rods (inner and outer)
Ball joint
Front sway bar links
Front sway bar bushings
Steering rack assembly
Right lower engine mounting
Strut mount bearing greased
Wheels balanced and tires aligned

Any help would be appreciated.

Can you make a YouTube video of the noise & post the link here?

Here's the video. I stamped "*****" in the video when it pops.

Could be lots of things but you can pinpoint it easily by doing what I do in my video finding the source of car noises Scotty
