Last summer my passenger side vents would blow hot with the AC on and turning the temp. control to hot then back to cold would make it cold again(many times during summer). Now my 2011 Ford Fusion SEL is not blowing hard out the vents on AC. Changed blower motor, resistor and pig tail. Same. Took it to Baytown Ford for airbag recall and told them the issue with my AC . They changed 2 blend door actuators($383) while changing out airbag and I picked the car up but same condition. They said it could be the blend door itself during my heated discussions with them after picking the car up. Is there a way to get this corrected without removing the dash again? Car has over 200,000 miles and I do not care about the defroster or lower vents working just need the AC for summer. Very poor service at this location and techs. there seem to be just parts changers. Thanks. I love your videos and just now became a member.
Nah you got to return an old dash you part of the actuators need replacing those are horribly designed cars and it's super expensive to work on HVAC system because everything's computer run and the parts are all cheap plastic
