had ac filled and vaccuumed low end pipes cold pipe leadind to high end warm blowing hot air compressor spinning not clicking sound any ideas

Well if the cold pipes are cold and the hot pipes are hot the system is working that would mean the blend door or something isn't opening up inside the day to let the air blow through the evaporator inside that's cold
when i look at compressor i see it spinning doesnt realliy click sound but the line from the compressor is not cold where i put the freon in that part is cold the the other line that connects to compressor is warm you dont think this is a compressor issue? when i have fan really low sort of cool air second i turn it up it blows out hot air
