I have a 2011 Honda Civic with only 24,000 miles that sometimes jerks or clunks when I accelerate and or deccelerate at low speeds. I don’t know or think anything major should be wrong with the car because it’s got such low miles and is a Honda, what could it possibly be?

Check engine and transmission mounts, as well as your drive axles' inner and outer CV joints.
