Hey Scotty I love your videos I live in Maryland and you do amazing work! So I’ve had my car for about 3 months now and I’m currently at 160,000 miles I haven’t changed my own oil yet. I got the valve cover gasket replaced and the car isn’t burning oil but should I use normal full synthetic oil or high millage synthetic oil? I want to say high millage but I want your thoughts. (:

Whatever your owner's manual says. That's what you should use in your engine. This is why oil certifications were created. Forget the marketing.

Whatever is cheapest I personally use super tech (walmart) and sometimes they're high mileage is the same price in which case I would get it
