Hi Scotty and amazing helpful mods,
I am following your advice and selling my nissan and will buy a Honda. I found a 2011 Honda Pilot, 121 k miles for 8,5K with all service record from the owner, the catch is the car has a rebuilt title from an accident 7-8 years ago but they keep the car until now. do you think this I should buy this?

I would not buy anything with a rebuilt title unless I had absolute proof that it had been totalled for cosmetic reasons only (like hail damage), and even then I'd be reluctant unless it was being practically given away. You'd also want to check on your state laws for registering and insuring a salvaged/rebuilt vehicle.
