I purchased a used 2011 Lexus CT200H. Did a test drive and had no issues. Also Had a clean carfax. About a week later I make a left U-Turn and the right wheel anti-lock brake locks and lets go. Scared me to death! The following week I make a sharp right turn at about 10-15 mph and the left wheel does the same thing (locks up). Took it to a mechanic. He said the computer needed to be reset. He also said it looked like the car had been in an accident. Lots of new parts. After a week I'm back at the shop and they did an alignment down to the frame. Still does it. Mechanic said he didn't feel comfortable doing any more work and to take it to the dealer.
What could be triggering my anti-lock brakes? No codes, no lights. Other than this the car runs great.
Thanks
Also Had a clean carfax
this means absolutely nothing.

you're supposed to do this step before buying
No codes, no lights.
It needs to be diagnosed with a dealer-level, professional-grade bidirectional scan tool. Not all mechanics will have the necessary equipment. A generic OBD2 code reader will not read ABS codes or have the ability to test components.
He also said it looked like the car had been in an accident.
This should have been discovered in a pre-purchase inspection. Unfortunately you have found out the hard way just how worthless Carfax is. Not everything gets reported to them.
