I put a lot of miles on my cars. Is the Lexus CT200H a good car?

If you put more than 150 200k miles on it I would look for a non-hybrid car. For example the IS250 could get 29-30mpg on the highway accoring to fueleconomy.gov (while the CT gets 40) which isn't bad.

Not for your purpose. You will get that car used and they get very expensive in repairs because it is hybrid. Get a gasoline car and if you want to have a high mpg, get smaller sedan (Corolla, Civic).

How many miles do you hope to get out of it? (e.g. 150,000, 200,000, 250,000 + miles)
