2011 ram hard time starting when its cold outside

2011 Ram 1500 with 5.7 hemi once it dips below 0 degree Celsius,i go to start my truck,it will crank for a long time,even run for a second,and then stalls.after it does this once or twice,it stays running,and will start again with ease while the engines still warm.Brand new fuel pump in it,cleaned out fuel injectors,battery is good,engine has 150000 kms on it,spark plugs are good,also it almost stalls when coming to a full sudden stop at a red light when the engine is still cold.its got a electric throttle body,which is clean with 0 gunk in it,pcv valve seems to be working,i cleaned th map senser out,the fuses for fuel pump are new im hoping you have some idea to what my issue might be.

Check the idle control valve and spark plugs. Load test the battery and alternator too.
