2011 ranger 2.3 oil in spark plug tube

While changing coil pack, wires, and spark plugs I discovered cylinder 3 spark plug tube full of oil and cylinder 2 spark plug black and worn down all the way up the ceramic.

I want to keep this truck a long time.  I think I need to replace the valve cover gasket and gaskets around the spark plug tube's, am I correct?

If I'm going to remove the valve cover and everything on top of it to get to it, what else should I check on or plan to do in terms of preventive maintenance?

Love the content! I lived in Clarksville 2011 to 2015!

Yes, you're right. You need to replace the valve cover gasket spark plug tube gasket. It's failed. Buy the valve cover gasket kit
