2001 Toyota RAV4, 4 cyl, 87k miles, it starts fine when engine is cold but when it is worm engine jumps and jerks like out of balance. Simply speaking it starts unpleasantly when engine is worm and when idles on red lights sometimes RPM goes to 500 and vibrates a bit. Please advise. Thank you!
I cleaned fuel injectors just with 4 bottles fuel injector cleaner added 4 times to a tank when fueling. Big difference. Thank you!

Chevron Techron Fuel Injector Cleaner, 12 oz - from Walmart
If the fuel injectors are leaking, that can cause them to flood the engine which makes it hard to start when the engine is already warm. Try cleaning the fuel injectors as well as the mass air flow sensor and throttle. If the mass air flow sensor is dirty or the throttle is gummed up, that can make it run rough at idle.
