2011 Sentra still not turning over

I recently had my 2011 Sentra stall out on me. The error codes shown that the mass airflow sensor was bad. That was replaced. In addition I just had replaced my plugs and coils on vehicle. The starter is new and functioning properly. The vehicle sounds like it want to turn over when I attempt to start it. I also can hear the fuel pump engaging. Error codes were cleared out and battery even tested good I am baffled if there is something I’m missing after replacing mass air flow

The error codes shown that the mass airflow sensor was bad.

What were the error codes? Codes don't generally tell you a particular part is bad, they refer to a condition that may have several potential causes.

That was replaced.

With an OEM sensor? Cheap aftermarket replacements frequently do not work.

With OEM parts purchased from a trusted source (not Amazon or eBay)?

Error codes were cleared out

Was freeze-frame data checked before that was done?

Mileage on the vehicle? What other troubleshooting steps have you taken? Did you test fuel pressure? How old are the air and fuel filters? Did you try seeing if the engine runs briefly when some starting fluid is sprayed into the intake?

You might want to check out the troubleshooting section of the site FAQ.

Is it actually cranking the engine, or does it just click? If it's cranking the engine, it's turning over, it just won't start. If you used an aftermarket MAF sensor, try unplugging the MAF sensor. When the MAF sensor is unplugged, the ECU of most cars switches to a default fuel map. If it runs without the MAF sensor, but not with it, that's your problem.
