I'm looking at a 2011 Toyota Camry for sale in Alabama for $4000 on eBay Motors.
Seller says its got 82k miles on it with a 6-speed manual transmission. Seller claims its in excellent shape and it looks that way from the pictures. Is it worth investigating or should I just wait until the market deflates?
I should add that the body appears to be in good shape. No obvious panel gaps from the pictures.
I never recommend buying a vehicle sight unseen. You never know what problems may lurk below the surface. Believe me when I say that getting a car to look good in pictures isn't that hard even if it has underlying issues.

If it has a clean title, in the current market, yes. But be SURE it isn't a rebuilt title.
Show it to a trusted mechanic before you buy it.
