2011 Chevrolet Traverse AWD 203000KM automatic transmission. My tires don't spin freely when jacked up in the air.
My fuel mileage is horrible and this might be contributing to it (20-22L/100KM). I do a lot of idling due to my work.

No.
Which wheels? Front or rear? I assume you mean when transmission is in Neutral. Because in Park the wheels should definitely be locked (otherwise your vehicle would roll away). Depending on the type of AWD and possible presence of limited slip axle, they may never spin freely.

Unless you're experiencing actual drive-ability problems, nothing.
