hello I have a 2015 volvo s60 2.0 E drive every time I open the gas cap I hear air coming out and also the gas is gargling no lights had it checked by a mechanic said that all the hoses look fine have hard time pumping gas only on high pressure low pressure pumping gas if fine what else can I do or check
and also my from control arm left and right bushing have a tear how do I upload a picture

You may have some restrictions in the EVAP system. If the hoses are fine, the charcoal canister might be faulty.

there's a problem with the EVAP system. Stuck valve, plugged canister, plugged hose, etc. Smoke it out.
how do I smoke it out and can I do it my self

It's a lot easier to have diagnostic tool handy to control the vent & purge valves.
If you don't have one you'll need to do it manually with electrical schematics and jumper wires.
