You have not provided much in the way of detail, or described any troubleshooting steps you have taken so far.

Does your radiator fan fail to turn on when the car is idling and the engine heats up? Or, is the problem that does it not turn on with the AC? Is your AC compressor clutch engaging? Have you checked fuses and relays?
