Having an issue with the heaters in a 2012 chevy equinox the 3 on the dash up near windshield work great but the 4 facing the driver and passenger plus the ones at your feet do not blow out air what would cause this

A problem in the blend door system inside the dash which requires taking the dash apart it could get expensive there is no simple fix
