So I have a 2012 f150 5.0 with 180k miles and whenever I turn it makes a slight grinding noise on the front passenger side

Based on this and your other post for the driver's side ( https://carkiller.com/scottykilmer/qa/2012-f150-front-driver-side-squealing-2/), it sounds like your front wheel bearings are shot.
