Hey there. Alireza here. I hate to say. But my family's Festiva sedan got power steering fluid dried out. Any chances to say how many the power steering fluid are being replaced fluids with km or even mph.
Any recommendations on the best power steering fluid?

It sounds like your power steering fluid has all leaked out. Power steering fluid is not normally consumed during operation so you definitely have a leak that needs to be fixed. Pray it's just a 10-year-old hose leaking, or maybe the pump. Replacing a leaking steering rack is a real pain on most cars.
I believe that on Fords (at least in the U.S.) any good brand of power steering fluid can be used but check your owner's manual or with a local Ford dealer to be certain.
